Evari managed the audit of over 75,000 streetlights, fire alarm control boxes, traffic control boxes, and electrified crossing signs within the City of Boston. Evari implemented a data collection systems architecture and created client-facing dashboards, along with editable web maps to facilitate the efficient review of streetlight assets for determining ownership and establishing quality control.

Subcontracted by Ameresco for a comprehensive municipal asset audit within the City of Boston, Evari was responsible for collecting spatial and attribute data, as well as photographs of approximately 75,000 streetlight fixtures, traffic control boxes, and fire alarm control boxes. Evari oversaw teams of 30 field and desktop technicians handling field data collection, asset data enrichment, and quality control review. Local staff were hired with an equity goal to ensure audit dollars stayed within Boston. The project management staff designed training and assessment materials to guarantee that the staff is accurate, efficient, and safe in the field.
